Guerdy Alexis began her Real Estate career in 1993 as Real Estate Admin/Office Manager for ERA Northeastern Realty. In 1995, she transitioned to the title insurance industry where she processed and handled real estate closing transactions for a major title company.
In 2001, she launched and operated her own title company and remained steadfast in the industry. In 2021, she decided to obtain her real estate sales license. Representing buyers and sellers, Guerdy is committed to listening to her client’s needs and utilizing her keen negotiating skills to ensure a successful transaction.
